A holistic training session to improve strength, stability and relaxation at Hotel Aeon in Oberbozen from 9 to 10 a.m. The class is suitable for beginners to intermediate levels. The price is €12 for hotel guests and €17 for external visitors. A 10‑session pass is available for €130. A yoga mat, towel and drink are included.
Surrounded by nature and accompanied by the first rays of the morning sun, we strengthen both body and mind.
