Take a deep breath, slow down, and let yourself be embraced by the tranquillity of Prà Martin, as the Catinaccio (Rosengarten) lights up in the morning.

There are places that in the early hours of the day seem to belong only to silence and light. Prà Martin is one of them. Situated just above Ciampedie, overlooking one of the widest panoramas of the Catinaccio, this high-altitude spot invites you to slow down and reconnect with nature. The session begins with a pleasant walk led by a holistic instructor, Elisa Penna or Marina Suchova, combining the hike with brief moments of meditation and mindfulness. Step by step, the forest opens up to meadows, and the view widens over the Dolomites. Once you reach Prà Martin, you can lay out your mat on the grass and follow a gentle yoga session. Slow movements, stretching, balance, and breathing exercises gently wake up the body, while the fresh mountain air restores energy and lightness. To finish, a brunch at the Baita Prà Martin hut is the perfect way to start the day with delicious food!

Meeting point: Thursdays at 8.45 am at the valley station of the cable car. A short and easy walk of about 15 minutes along a forest path from Ciampedie to the Baita Prà Martin hut. The activity starts at around 9.30 am. Dogs are not allowed.

Price: free session organised by the Catinaccio Buffaure lift company, included in the Panorama Pass, the Dolomiti Supersummer pass, or the lift ticket. Booking is required online or at the valley's Fassa Sport offices by 6.00 pm on the previous day. Minimum of 5, maximum of 20 participants, adults only. Afterwards, and at the participants' discretion, there is the option to stop at the mountain hut to enjoy a delicious breakfast (extra cost of €15 per person to be paid on site). In case of bad weather, the activity will be cancelled.
