The authentic wine experience for all senses takes place in the newly created wing of the Cantina Kurtatsch. During the visit, you will gain fascinating insights into the importance of terroir, the variety of Kurtatsch’s vineyard sites, and its unique wines. The educational TERROIR Experience will lead you into the new dolomite barrique cellar with its natural rock wall and conclude with a tasting of 5 wines from our TERROIR line.

The number of participants is limited to a maximum of 18 people.

Please note that dogs are welcome in our wine shop and on the terrace, but for hygiene reasons they cannot take part in the guided tours.

The Social Park Mignone Rosenbach is a community project that brings the Oltrisarco-Aslago neighbourhood of Bolzano to life from May to October, turning Parco Mignone and Piazza Nikoletti into open meeting spaces for all generations. The project is coordinated by VKE Casagioco in collaboration with the neighbourhood council and a wide network of local associations.

The programme offers a varied range of free activities: sports such as yoga, morning exercise, walking groups and basketball for children and teenagers with Basket Club Bolzano; cultural events including puppet shows from the Blu d'estate series, children's reading sessions, concerts and music evenings; and social and creative formats such as chess tournaments, bocce, karaoke, drumming workshops, kickboxing and intergenerational gatherings.

Some evening events take place in the Sala Rosenbach at Piazza Nikoletti. In case of rain, outdoor activities move indoors; unless otherwise specified, events are cancelled.

All events are free and open to everyone without prior registration. The programme is subject to change.

Tanz Bozen – Bolzano Danza is the dance festival that brings Bolzano to life every summer with workshops, performances and open-air events. Among its core components are the Workshops, which in 2026 reach their 42nd edition: two weeks of intensive dance courses for participants of all levels, from beginners to professionals, organised by the Südtiroler Kulturinstitut under the artistic direction of Sharon Booth.

Courses run in two weekly sessions, Monday to Friday: the first week from 13 to 17 July, the second from 20 to 24 July.

The programme includes dozens of workshops in different styles - including classical ballet, contemporary, jazz, hip hop, flamenco, Afro-Caribbean dance and wellbeing techniques such as Pilates and yoga - taught by international instructors at various venues in central Bolzano. Lessons are mainly held in English, with many teachers also able to communicate in German or Italian.

As part of the 2026 edition of Tanz Bozen / Bolzano Danza, the Südtiroler Kulturinstitut presents a dedicated programme for its youngest participants: the Kids packages, designed for children and teenagers aged 5 to 14 who want to discover the world of dance. The initiative is part of the wider summer festival that brings courses, workshops and performances to the city of Bolzano every year, open to participants of all levels.

From May to October, the Zentrum Social Park turns three green areas in the heart of Bolzano – the Cappuccini Garden, Berloffa Park and the Garden of Religions – into a single open meeting place. The project is coordinated by the Family, Women, Youth and Social Promotion Office of the Municipality of Bolzano and by Compagnia teatroBlu.

The programme is open to all ages and offers a wide range of free events: sports and wellness activities such as Qi Gong, yoga, family yoga, Pilates, running groups, walking groups and morning exercise sessions; as well as cultural and social initiatives including concerts, theatre performances, workshops, photography exhibitions, city festivals and open community gatherings.

Regular weekly activities include yoga, Pilates, walking and running sessions. Standalone highlights include the Streetvibe concert, the Südtirol Jazzfestival Alto Adige, the Trento Film Festival, the Living Library, a stand-up comedy evening and the BoDA festival by BolzanoDanza.

All events are free and open to everyone without prior registration. In case of bad weather, most events move to the Sala di Rappresentanza of the Municipality of Bolzano; a few events have their own specific alternative venues. The programme is subject to change.

The Semirurali Social Park is a community project that revitalises the Parco delle Semirurali in Bolzano's Don Bosco neighbourhood, transforming it into a lively and inclusive meeting place for everyone. The project is coordinated by Cooperativa 19 and BeYoung, with the aim of giving a shared green space back to the neighbourhood and the city.

From May to October, the park hosts a wide range of free sports, cultural and social activities. Regular offerings include running groups and morning exercise sessions with UISP, basketball training with Basket Club Bolzano, and inclusive chess events with ASD ARCI Scacchi Bolzano. The programme also features one-off events such as the Südtirol Jazzfestival Alto Adige, open-air cinema, concerts, theatre, workshops and community dialogue formats.

Some events are part of the Stagione Estiva Don Bosco 2026, organised by Cooperativa 19 with the support of the Italian Culture Office of the Autonomous Province of Bolzano.

The hay baths in Fiè allo Sciliar have been practised since 1903. During this guided tour, we will tell you about the culture and the healing effect of the hay bath.

The hay bath originated from a tradition of the farmers who took their night's lodging in the hay barn during haymaking and noticed that after a night in the hay the tiredness of the previous day was blown away. Those who spend their wellness holidays around the Alpe di Siusi can relax in the hay according to an old tradition. The medicinal herbs such as thyme, arnica, cinquefoil and gentian unfold their full effect when you sweat. The grass for the hay bath, interspersed with the many medicinal herbs, is mown exclusively on unfertilised meadows, early in the morning or late in the evening, in order to preserve all the essential essences.

An impressive crossing right through the dramatic rock formations of the Rosengarten range. This long high-alpine tour links major mountain passes, classic alpine huts, and the quiet Tschamin Valley.

Tour description:
We start the day with a ride on the Cabrio cable car in Tiers up to Frommer Alm, followed by the panoramic König Laurin cable cars 1 and 2 to the Kölner Hut. From here, our hike begins as we ascend along trail no. 550 to the Tschagerjoch, the highest point of the tour. After a short break with wide-ranging views, we descend to the Vajoleth Hut and then climb again to the Grasleiten Pass. From there, we descend to the Grasleiten Hut for a well-earned break. Refreshed, we continue downhill into the wild and unspoiled Tschamin Valley, following trail no. 3 through shady forests to Weißlahnbad.

The Juval Castle tour starts in Algund and leads with a guide through scenic landscapes to Töll. We continue along the Apple Road through orchards to Naturns and towards Staben. Shortly before Staben, we leave the cycle path, cross the main road and tackle the final climb. With some fitness, we reach Juval Castle, where we visit the site and enjoy a relaxing lunch break nearby.

Yoga at high altitude at Ciampac, amidst silence, wide panoramic views, and the breath of the Dolomites.

There are places where even your breathing changes rhythm. At Ciampac, at an altitude of over 2,000 metres, with views extending as far as Marmolada (Marmolata), practicing yoga becomes even more profound: the body slows down, thoughts lighten, and nature quietly enters the experience. From the mountain station of the cable car, a short walk leads to the first stage of the "Out of the Box" sensory trail, where the session will be led by an experienced instructor. Amid alpine meadows, fresh air, and Dolomite views, you will move through gentle, mindful sequences, accompanied by the sounds of the mountains and the silence of the high peaks. A moment dedicated to well-being, mindfulness, and reconnecting with yourself, in a setting that makes every movement more meaningful and every breath deeper.

Meeting point: every Tuesday at 10:15 at the mountain station of the Ciampac cable car in Alba di Canazei. Duration: approximately 1 hour. Basic level.

Price: free activity organised by the Funivia Ciampac e Contrin lift company, included in the Panorama Pass, the Dolomiti Supersummer pass, or the lift ticket. Booking is compulsory online or at the Fassa Sport offices in the valley by 18:00 on the previous day. Minimum of 5, maximum of 20 participants, adults only.

Around the beehive, many garden and wild herbs grow, such as sage, thyme, rosemary, wormwood, plantain, ground elder, yarrow, and nettle. Herbal drinks are made from these plants, with herbal expert Brigitta Patzleiner explaining the beneficial properties of each herb. Afterwards, the drinks can be sampled.

In addition, three take-home products are made together: a calendula salve or lip balm, an herbal salt, and an herbal liqueur.

Herbs are so valuable because all their components, such as minerals, vitamins, and nutrients, correspond to the elements of the human body. This allows them to be easily absorbed and transported within the body to where they are needed. For example, a green rosemary drink stimulates circulation, provides energy, activates the brain, and improves concentration and memory. The ancient Greeks already knew this: students would wear a rosemary wreath during exams. Today, this effect has also been scientifically proven.

First of all, you will look behind the scenes of our llama breeding, get to know our 24-headed llama and alpaca rascals and experience "up close" how our llama kids grow up. We will answer all your questions about husbandry, feeding, care, rearing, training and wool processing and turn you into little llama and alpaca experts. When you are really familiar with the topic, we will start on a leisurely llama and alpaca tour. Halfway through the tour we will take a short break and enjoy the wonderful mountain panorama of the "South Tyrolean Andes". A great backdrop to take souvenir photos with your llama or alpaca. Afterwards we hike back to the farm in a relaxed way. There, a skill course awaits you, which you will master with your animal hiking partner. At the end you will receive your very own "llama or alpaca guide certificate" as a reward.

After the tour you have the possibility to stop at the Brandhof - an idyllically located farm tavern with its own cheese dairy, very close to the Pirchhof llamas.

From Selva di Val Gardena follow the path of the old railway line towards Ortisei, from there cycle on an asphalt which leads up to Passo Pinei. Just before Castelrotto, turn left towards Tiosels. Weißhorn Circuit – from Jochgrimm|passo Oclini to Maria Weißenstein|Pietralba
A day of hiking with stunning views begins with a 9 am bus journey from Steinegg|Collepietra to Jochgrimm|passo Oclini, where the start of the Weißhorn Circuit awaits us at an altitude of around 2,000 metres. The high-altitude trail takes us along the north-eastern side of the Weißhorn, which reveals its quiet, wild side here. With unobstructed views of the Latemar and Rosengarten|Catinaccio Dolomite formations, we follow the path along the north ridge of the Weißhorn. Time and again, views open up onto the Bletterbach Gorge, South Tyrol’s ‘Grand Canyon’ and a geological natural monument. After the descent, we reach the hut Lahner Alm, where Isabella and her team welcome us with warm hospitality and South Tyrolean delicacies. Well fortified, we then continue partly along wide forest tracks until we finally reach the spiritual resting point of this tour – the pilgrimage site of Maria Weißenstein|Pietralba. The bus back to Steinegg|Collepietra is already waiting.

Walking time 4 hours – Ascent 310 m – Descent 790 m – Tour length 11.5 km

Tanz Bozen – Bolzano Danza is the dance festival that brings Bolzano to life every summer with workshops, performances and open-air events. Among its core components are the Workshops, which in 2026 reach their 42nd edition: two weeks of intensive dance courses for participants of all levels, from beginners to professionals, organised by the Südtiroler Kulturinstitut under the artistic direction of Sharon Booth.

Courses run in two weekly sessions, Monday to Friday: the first week from 13 to 17 July, the second from 20 to 24 July.

From May to October, the Zentrum Social Park turns three green areas in the heart of Bolzano – the Cappuccini Garden, Berloffa Park and the Garden of Religions – into a single open meeting place. The project is coordinated by the Family, Women, Youth and Social Promotion Office of the Municipality of Bolzano and by Compagnia teatroBlu.

The programme is open to all ages and offers a wide range of free events: sports and wellness activities such as Qi Gong, yoga, family yoga, Pilates, running groups, walking groups and morning exercise sessions; as well as cultural and social initiatives including concerts, theatre performances, workshops, photography exhibitions, city festivals and open community gatherings.

Regular weekly activities include yoga, Pilates, walking and running sessions. Standalone highlights include the Streetvibe concert, the Südtirol Jazzfestival Alto Adige, the Trento Film Festival, the Living Library, a stand-up comedy evening and the BoDA festival by BolzanoDanza.

All events are free and open to everyone without prior registration. In case of bad weather, most events move to the Sala di Rappresentanza of the Municipality of Bolzano; a few events have their own specific alternative venues. The programme is subject to change.

The Semirurali Social Park is a community project that revitalises the Parco delle Semirurali in Bolzano's Don Bosco neighbourhood, transforming it into a lively and inclusive meeting place for everyone. The project is coordinated by Cooperativa 19 and BeYoung, with the aim of giving a shared green space back to the neighbourhood and the city.

From May to October, the park hosts a wide range of free sports, cultural and social activities. Regular offerings include running groups and morning exercise sessions with UISP, basketball training with Basket Club Bolzano, and inclusive chess events with ASD ARCI Scacchi Bolzano. The programme also features one-off events such as the Südtirol Jazzfestival Alto Adige, open-air cinema, concerts, theatre, workshops and community dialogue formats.

Some events are part of the Stagione Estiva Don Bosco 2026, organised by Cooperativa 19 with the support of the Italian Culture Office of the Autonomous Province of Bolzano.

The third stage of the Giro delle Dolomiti begins immediately with the competitive section. The opposite side of the valley, where the villages of the Castelrotto plateau are lined up, is always in view. 300 Years of Villa Kinsele

In the garden of Villa Kinsele, Professor Daniela Salvucci will speak, in Italian, about the stays of anthropology pioneer Bronisław Malinowski and his family in Bolzano and Oberbozen during the 1920s and 1930s. Voluntary donation.

To celebrate the 300th anniversary of Villa Kinsele in Maria Schnee on the Renon plateau, the summer of 2026 will feature three cultural events in the historic summer residence, recently restored.

On July 15, Professor Daniela Salvucci will speak about the presence of the founder of anthropology, Bronisław Malinowski, and his family in Bolzano and Oberbozen during the 1920s and 1930s.

On July 31, the Ensemble Philomusia will perform works by Mozart, Offenbach, Bizet and Gulda.

The series will conclude on August 19 with “Music Meets History”: the group Cordes y Buttons and Armin Kobler will take the audience on a journey through music and historic postcards of Oberbozen.

From alpine herbs to mountain pasture butter: aromas, simple steps, and traditional flavours on a high-mountain farm.

Do you know your mountain herbs? Together with Lucia, we will head out to find them in the meadows around her alpine dairy. We will discover their aromas, properties, and traditional uses, and choose the best ones to flavour the butter we will make together using simple, traditional methods. This activity brings you close to nature, blending traditional knowledge and authentic flavours, and ends with a tasting of *fortaes*, the typical snail-shaped sweet fritters.

Meeting point: every Wednesday from 10:30 to 12:00 at Malga Jumela. The dairy can be reached via an easy downhill walk from Buffaure in about 40 minutes (the return journey is uphill). Buffaure can be reached by cable car from Pozza. Suitable for children aged 4 and over. Difficulty: easy; not suitable for pushchairs. Comfortable clothing and sports shoes are recommended.

Price: €5 per person, payable directly on-site. Booking is required by calling +39 348 9301215 after 16:00, by the day before the activity. Lift tickets and any packed lunch or meal at the dairy are at the participants' expense. The Panorama Pass and Dolomiti Supersummer cards are valid for the cable car. Between open alpine pastures and impressive rock formations, the Latemar reveals a particularly unique side. A hike that pleasantly combines natural history, physical activity, and quiet places.

Tour description:
We start by taking bus line 186 to the Nigerstraße junction, where our hike begins. From there, we follow the trail across the wide Latemar meadows, known for their open alpine pastures and beautiful views. We then reach the famous Latemar Labyrinth, where the path winds its way through huge rock blocks left behind by a prehistoric landslide. After the labyrinth, we continue on to the Mitterleger and eventually reach Lake Mittersee, a seasonal forest lake that carries water depending on the time of year. From there, we descend to the Grand Hotel Carezza and return to Tiers by public bus.

Sailing trip on Lake Caldonazzo with an instructor. Experience Lake Caldonazzo powered by the wind, on board a sailing boat accompanied by an expert instructor. This activity is ideal for getting to grips with sailing, learning the basics, and seeing the lake from an authentic and dynamic perspective.

- Meeting point at the Ekon nautical centre (Via dei Pescatori 6, San Cristoforo al Lago)

We always prioritise safety during our activities. Therefore, a standard buoyancy aid must be worn at all times during water activities. Because of this, it is not strictly necessary for participants to know how to swim.

In the event of bad weather, the instructors will assess on the day whether to cancel the activity completely, postpone it, or run only a part of it.

What to bring:
• Swimwear
• A T-shirt to wear under the buoyancy aid during all water activities (for hygiene reasons)
• Flip-flops
• A full change of clothes and a towel
• Sun cream
• A hat
• Sunglasses and a strap for prescription glasses (preferably a floating one)

As you paddle across Lake Caldonazzo, accompanied by expert instructors, you’ll help keep the lake clean by collecting small pieces of trash floating on the water and along the shore. It’s a tangible way to enjoy the lake in an active and responsible manner.

Location: Laion village

Our hike begins with the bus ride to Santa Christina. From there, we walk through a scenic cultural landscape to the historic farmsteads Paratoni, Luech da Crepa and Uleta, each of which offers fascinating insights into Ladin traditions. Continuing along quiet forest paths, we reach the idyllic church of San Giacomo. After a relaxing break at the Gasthof Somont, we make our way back either on foot or by public bus to Ortisei, and from there return to Laion.
